Skipass options for an occasional skier

Hello,

I was wondering about the best option for a weekend skier. We want to ski in different parts of Valais and Jura (will start in Leysin before we go to deep Valais). What would be the best option? Are there skipasses valid for weekends only? Maybe a points option?

Thanks!

Unless you can find a special deal (eg by spending CHF100 at Coop when they have an offer on), then there isn't usually any way of getting the cost down much. Aldi has some reasonablish deals, but probably not in the places where you would want to go.

I'm afraid not- each resort has itw own pass. Here is a list of Romandie resorts with ski pass prices, etc, but there is no general pass, as far as I know.

http://www.ski-romandie.ch/

Does not list resorts in the Neuchâtel or French Jura, like La Robella (Buttes), Les Bugnenets (near la Chaux-de-Fonds)or Les Rasses, near St Croix, above Yverdon and also the larger resort of Métabief/Mt d'Or above Vallorbe but in France.
