The Real ‘Hausfrau’ of Zurich

This book could be entertaining for many (some):

“Hausfrau” grew out of a period of intense loneliness and isolation for Ms. Essbaum [...] About a decade ago, she followed her husband from Texas to Zurich, where he had moved to study Jungian psychoanalysis.

“I caught myself alone a lot and feeling very sad and very alienated,” said the 43-year-old author in a phone interview from her home in Austin. She didn’t speak the language or know many people, and the days were long.

Rings a bell ...?

Re: The Real ‘Hausfrau’ of Zurich

*Reads OP, thinks this will be a genuine tale of the very real difficulties faced by many coming to CH

*Clicks link, realises it's actually a poor mans version of 50 shades of grey with a an unoriginal pretext

*Drinks
