Diet Coke cans

Hi everyone,
We like to drink Diet Coke in cans. We used to get them from Coop because Migros doesn't have.
Since this new Life Coke appeared they have removed diet coke from the shelves, we asked a guy at Coop and confirmed they are gone.
We also checked Aligro which is wholesale retail and they don't have them anymore, only 50cc bottles.
Do you know of other sources for 33cl diet coke cans? Are they gone for good?

Re: Diet Coke cans

Lidl, Aldi and Denner never sold them. So far only Coop was selling them.

Re: Diet Coke cans

Not sure but you could try Otto's. They have both Classic and Zero versions on sale at the moment, but they may also stock the Diet.

Re: Diet Coke cans

Is there much difference between Diet Coke and Coke Zero?

I don't touch the saccharine/aspartame crap, myself, so don't know - if I'm going to rot my teeth and burn my insides, then I want the full sugar-caffeine hit.

A possible solution, is to buy a SodaStream and make it yourself. Diet Coke (or equivalent) syrup is available.

Huh, seems you're right. Lidl only stocks regular and Zero.

As for Coca-Cola Life, 36 percent less sugar is still too much sugar IMO.

Re: Diet Coke cans

One country's Diet Coke is the other country's Coke Light. Check wiki, the Diet Coke page also displays Coke Light.

Just different names in different countries, though sweetener used may differ.

Yeah they have kind of different flavor, which is why CocaCola kept both products on sale I guess.
I suppose retailers can't afford dealing with 4 different flavours of Coke in stock and decided to give a chance to the new Life product which I expect to be cancelled soon

Yeah in my home country it is CocaCola Light. I learnt it was also called Diet when I first went to the States.

That's because not all countries need a diet culture imposed on them by the big food corporations.

Hehe
Even more so when companies that are part of the problem pretend to be part of the solution.
