Help with Swiss website

I am a collector of mechanical pencils. I search all over the internet and locally to find new and interesting ones that suit my preferences. I have found some available in Switzerland, but no where else. I have tried contacting Zumstein by email several times (in English) to no avail. Should I call them or am I wasting my time to try and get something shipped to the United States? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These guys? http://www.zumstein.ch

I'm sure if you ring their branch in Zurich they will be more than happy to help.

Otherwise one of the forum members might help you with your quirky collection!

Re: Help with Swiss website

If it is the same company linked above, their website says they do ship to foreign countries - presumably including the US. It says they charge actual postage costs plus a 5 franc (approx. $5) handling fee.

I reckon in your shoes I would just go ahead and place the order on their website, give them the US shipping address and let them contact you if there is some reason they can't fulfil your order. If they send you an email in German, just run it through Google Translate - or if all else fails copy/paste it here and someone can probably give you the gist.

Good luck!
