Anyone notice they are out much more these days? I have been pulled over and car searched 2x this week at 5 am. Neither time was an Alcohol test requested.(I run a nightclub bar)
Not just hi show me the car docs but a legit search going through everything.
Once they made me follow them off the highway, second time (yesterday at the church square in my tiny village. )

Both time a very "pleasant" experience (chatted for a bit etc) but I have in the 5.5 years I lived here in total been pulled over 1x 4 years ago . Never have I seen a police car in the village and now they are all over the place..... .

I don't mind it just wondering if somethings up? (Illegal refugees maybe)
I just noticed the insane presence today. I thought it was also odd.

Also, refugees are not illegal, they're refugees.

General trolling and disruption. Love it. As if there weren't half a dozen of the 'old guard' on this forum who do just exactly that.

What did the poster disrupt? Was it dodgyken's casual racism?
Exactly, and they still have accounts.

Also, if they were banned they got it lifted

Not all of them are illegal but a considerable part of them is, e.g. all those pretending to be from Syria that actually aren't.

Which is to your certain knowledge what proportion? You know, of the four million who've fled the country? Or even just of the 150'000 who have already been granted asylum in Europe?

Re: police presence

I intentionally avoided to mention any number or percentage but there have been countless reports of refugees falsely pretending to be Syrian, e.g. "Germany estimates that 30 per cent of incoming migrants claiming to be citizens of war-torn Syria are in fact from other countries, an interior ministry spokesman said Friday."

Not to mention the refugees from other countries that are not Syria where they're being persecuted for being the wrong religion or sexual orientation?

Re: police presence

I read that about 25% of those coming on the balcanic route are from other countries, chiefly afghanistan but also bangladesh. Those from bangladesh are more likely to be economic migrants although with the recent increase in violence against the seculars some of them might actually get refugee status, in afghanistan there is war and discrimination/persecution against the hazaras and other minorities. There are probably some who pretend to be syrian, but i don't think they are that many, they're quickly found out unless they speak arabic with syrian or palestinian accent...
Anyway they are technically illegal because they can't enter without a visa or without requesting asylum at the border, but their worst punishment would be that they have to give fingerprints and thus request asylum here instead of sweden (dublin). The police is looking for the passeurs not for the soon-to-be-swedish-asylum-seekers.
