Take my junk or something similar

Hi,
Is there something like take my junk here? We have a bunk bed that is in 3 separate boxes from our move here that I would like to get rid of. I genuinely don't want to sell it or give it to anyone as I don't think its possible to put it back together safely.
Any ideas?

The easiest thing to do is to take it to the dechetterie in Morges. They are open every afternoon and Saturday morning. It costs you nothing. You do not need a card or other id to access the facility.

Any questions, let me know. I make the pilgrimage once or twice a week.

Oh that's a great help! Thank you so much.
I'm a little confused though, I checked their list of admissible and inadmissible items, and in one block they say furniture is admissible, in the very next, its not. In your experience do they accept furniture? Its in pieces so not very bulky.

Not a problem at all. They will direct you to the different bins where you will toss the component parts (wood, cardboard, mattresses etc.). They are very helpful. Depending on the weight and bulkiness etc. you can either park in one of the parking spots (what I would ideally suggest) and carry-drag the stuff to the bins or you can go around the little building and stop directly beside the big containers (starting with the wood one) to unload stuff.

We inherited an old, very solid, very heavy fold-up Italian bed-settee.
We advertised this on Leboncoin [albeit in France of course] for free against a bottle of wine. First person came along, took it, and gave us a very pleasing 13 year old bottle of Bordeaux. You could always try. Registration is free - this way, you don't even have to leave home. Other than that, if is it not too wide, we'll come ourselves and take it from you. Just send a PM please.
