For cds and dvds, you should try : www.cede.ch
You don't need a credit card, they just send you a bulletin versement with your order (they're very trusting!) and it's a lot cheaper than most of the offline shops.

For electronic stuff, check out www.bhphotovideo.com. They do international delivery of products and costs are nominal. I have heard this from my friends. I have never had any first hand experience though.

It is better than that, even. You (obviously) don't have to pay German MwSt (VAT) because you are sending to Switzerland. There is a similar tax in Switzerland but in practice it isn't collected up to a value of 150 Euros or CHF (sorry, don't know which). Or so I'm told.
