Xmas crackers in Geneva?

Anyone knows where to buy Xmas crackers in Geneva? Yes, I know you can buy them from Jim's, but living on Rive Gauche, I don't want a 2 hour return journey just for Xmas crackers.

Just a thought: has anyone been to the American shop in Cologny? They might stock up a few British things at Xmas time. I'll drive there at some stage before next Friday.

Re: Xmas crackers in Geneva?

I am in Carouge this afternoon, so if anyone knows an address for Xmas crackers in or near Carouge, this would be grand! Ta.

Re: Xmas crackers in Geneva?

I saw Christmas Crackers in Placette in their Chavannes Centre branch a few weeks ago. They were rather attractive too. Perhaps they are also being stocked in their Geneva outlet?

Saw them yesterday afternoon in Placette (Manor), downstairs near the checkout desk of the bed linen section. I expect they also have them in the Christmas decorations part on the same floor. No sure about the contents though, probably dreadful but the crackers themselves looked okay. 14.90 for a box of eight I think.
Can't think offhand of anywhere in Carouge that would have them though, sorry!

PS: thanks for the lift yesterday evening!

On that side .. MyExpat shop is up in CheneBourg, tram 12 to Grange Canal then 5 min walk.. Or an easy drive.

Pretty sure they will have them but worth calling to make sure they are open, the shop is a shop / warehouse so they are sometimes out on delivery.

66 Chemin Frank Thomas, CH-1223 Cologny. Telephone: (+41) 0 76 342 58 62 or (+41) 0 22 301 11 51

It's at the bottom of some apartments and not the most easy to spot, you can't set the sat nav and see it from the car.

Thank you John H. I will pop in next week. It's very close to where I work, so very convenient and great tip. Merry Xmas!
