Their customer service is utter shite, though.
My mum has one of the models (in the UK) and received a letter to get in touch with them so she called the helpline and they said they would send an email
. That was 8 months ago!
She's been calling them on a weekly basis, sometimes more often, and they say they have a backlog to get through.
I said she should call them and tell them there's a weird smell coming from it and some wisps of smoke and see if they act any quicker.
Being from the generation she is, she has switched it off, unplugged it and cleaned out every nook and cranny and basically not touched it for these 8 months.
