Fly

With it being so hot there is a lot of flies about, ( was having this conversation with friends the other day ) So back to the point, if a fly landed in your wine would you pick it out and drink it or chuck the lot away or maybe it depends if its a small clean fly not a big mingy blue bottle type

Carefully shake any wine on the fly back into the glass, kill the fly, continue drinking.

Do you suffer from mild mental retardation? Serious question, just so I can better understand how you keep making these threads..

Do you ever let your dog lick or kiss you while you are having a glass of wine?

Re: Fly

Well, if you are worried about a tiny weeny little fly in your wine, you do realize that you do not live in a sterile bubble (I assume) and anything has germs on it?

PS: where does it say this forum is only to talk? :-)

It is a public message board, where people can, within reason and according to the rules of the forum, say anything they like. This includes criticising mind-numbingly brainless threads posted by bored stay-at-home housewives that have got to the point where they can literally think of nothing more interesting to say than "flies poo lol".

If you are under a healthrisk from E.coli, or any local parasites, in your case the vector for this will be in all likelyhood your dogs, as opposed to a fly which has been immersed in a mixture of water, sugar and alcohol.

Not that your dogs are going to kill you, but one needs to think about relative risk weightings, before deciding that something is a threat.

I'm guessing you didn't get much education in the sciences, did you?

So if this thread is so mind numbingly brainless why are you posting in it so much?
