There is something a little bit odd in the idea of a signmaker wanting to reduce the number of letters in a slogan.
:

It's not me, It's "the 30 characters" rule.

Yes.
Weird. But I see you have your succinct responses down pat!
Justifications? It's not like they're running out of room on the internet, is it?

I suspect Panfastic may be trying to create a run on letters. As a signmaker, I am sure he must hold a position.

I'm not a native English speaker. I cannot fully understand some of the posts due to the form of how are they asked. I was under impression you ask me a short question.
In no circumstance want to offend anyone. I'm grateful for the help I get.
I had to google the word "succinct"

Oh lord, I wasn't offended, merely amused and curious. Succinct refers to what you appear to do for a living: getting a message across in as short amount of time/space/characters/words as possible.

JagWaugh, why would they be signs? I was under the impression they are online banner ads or whatever they're called!

Hmm... profile says British and English...

The profile also says: Occupation: Sign maker / Graphics Designer

A bit of harmless hyperbole.
