Paper party flags

Anyone know where you can buy in Zurich, those little paper flags on cocktail sticks from various nations? I need Union Jacks (British, sorry just in case you're not a Brit and that's gobbledygook to you). Thanks a lot!

Re: Paper party flags

I believe most people would know what the Union Jack is before could determine what "gobbledygook" was.

Try these people: http://www.fahnenwelt.ch/minifahnen-...k-p-51465.html

or these peoole: http://fahnenworld.ch/zahnstocher-fahnen.html

or give them a call and inquire, whether they have them on-site: https://www.britshop.ch/

Re: Paper party flags

You could try a stationery shop (Zumstein or similar in town). Or get busy printing out a batch of the desired flags and sticking them to cocktail sticks.

I have seen them in the large Migros near us. I think they were with the paper plates and serviettes etc. They were packets of mixed flags but there were certainly some union jacks in there.

That's really kind of you, but unfortunately I don't need them anymore.
I in fact didn't find them in the end. Was convinced Globus would of had them, but to no avail. Too tacky for them I think.
For future reference in case anyone's interested: don't bother looking in Manor; Globus, obviously; Zumstein; Depot; or the Migros on Löwenstrasse. You'll not find them there.
