Does anyone know of any ''youth clubs'' or similar for people in the late teens- mid 20's in Basel. I'm looking to make new friends and also gain a bit of a boost to my social life.

I'm afraid there isn't anything like a youth club, except perhaps Pfadi (like scouts, so obviously more for the younger end of your scale- http://www.pfadi-region-basel.ch/) but there's a pretty large range of other organisations depending on your interests.
