Does anybody know where to find information regarding rules against noise?
According to our (Swiss) neighbors it should be in the local "reglement communal". But that document mainly talks about building codes. In the "reglement communal" it refers to article 43 and 44 of Ordonnance sur la protection contre le bruit. However that (federal) document gives values for noise and methods for how to measure it.

I just would like to know the general rules used in Switzerland or my Canton (Vaud) or my village (e.g. not before 7 am or after 8 pm, etc..)

Perhaps somebody also know the rules for hanging your laundry outside in your own garden (if there are any rules for this)?

A reference (url) to some official document would be great.
