Re: Non-fluoridated salt in Switzerland?

If you want to double-check with the company's own statement, here's the relevant page of JuraSel (surprisingly, there's an English version!): http://www.jura-sel.ch/produkte/spei...rasel/?lang=en
[EDIT: Just to make it clear, there is a non-fluoridated variety.]

Note: The "thanks" button will appear after you've submitted ten posts.

I wish to exercise my consumer choice and opt for pure sea salt.
Maldon sea salt available in Globus which claims to be free from artificial additives

Also, have you checked out your local health food stores? The staff are usually very knowledgeable and should be able to point you in the right direction.

Some of you have talked about labelling. What give you the confidence that if fluride isn't mentioned on the packet, the salt has not been so treated?
Because Jura Sel is available as pure salt, salt with iodine (the one I usually buy) or salt with iodine and fluoride. Since all three variations are clearly labeled, I see no reason not to trust their labeling.
