Re: Squash in Zurich

Hey Yo, I squash as well for fun but because I cannot find anyone, my racket is hanging in my rooms. If you still want to squash, keep me posted. Anyone else interested can also let us start.

Re: Squash in Zurich

Hi there! Believe it or not this is my first post!
I play loads of squash and know probably all the clubs in the whole of Switzerland! First check out www.squash.ch and visit the clubs section. Depends where you live but some good clubs include, Vitis, Airgate, Langnau, GC, Winterthur and so on and so on.

Re: Squash in Zurich

I'll most likely rejoin the Luxor club in central Zürich (near Paradeplatz) soon. http://www.tsag.ch/

I'd be up for games at lunchtime or sometimes early evening.

If there is a small group it can be fun to book 2 sessions in the early evening, rotate players after 1 set then have a beer or 2 afterwards.

Re: Squash in Zurich

I'd be keen for a few games after work. Free on Monday's and Wednesday's after 6.30ish. In the city would be ideal.

Am probably an intermediate player who used to play once a fortnight.

Re: Squash in Zurich

Will any of you play with a girl? (at least you can make sure you win the first couple of matches )
I meant to try it for a long time but I never got around it. So if there is anybody that goes to play for the fun, I can make it on Thursdays. Anyway I do plenty of spinning so I will be able to chase the ball . Just let me know.

Re: Squash in Zurich

Hello,

if you can play after 7pm or so no problem, do you already play tennis or something or is it really the first time ?

Btw I am going to Barcelona in two weeks so maybe you could give me tips on that

My email is pifoux2000 at yahoo.com

See you !

PS: I am also looking for jogging partners, is anyone interested? I usually run 10-12 kilometers for about an hour.

Looking for a squash mate in Zurich

Hi,

I am new in the city and I would like to meet somebody to play squash (intermediate level) once a week. I live in Äffoltern but I wouldn't have a problem to go into town to play.

Re: Squash in Zurich

I am not into squash but tennis. however I can serve you an advice where is a reasonably priced sport's complex in Schlieren somewhat 10-15min from Zürich HB. You can also leave your details at the board and if someone wants to play on similar level they can phone you. I know there's also a professional squash coach from Oz... Chcek on: www.vitis.ch
