| Experience with Foto.com
I placed an order with this on-line firm; on-line order tracking status reads that my order was delivered 3 wees ago; repeated emails (only way of communication possible) have fallen on deaf ears or no response. By the way, the delivery address that I gave-in was correct. My credit card was debited promptly.
Have anybody faced similar situation? What else can I do to get heard from this on-line firm who don't respond. The web site doesn't have any contact phone number, only a box number based in Geneva.
