something happened to my PC and it won't even start...
I'm too freaked out even to touch it because I'm afraid to loose my files.
Do you know anyone/company/person who ca repair my PC ..for reasonable price???

Now I'm not trying to be funny here but, is it plugged in..? Sometimes the cable to the back of the computer can be dislodged when moved or if you do have power and it wont boot then the same might be true with the cable that runs from the monitor to the graphic card. All to often I've seen where someone moved the monitor to clean around it only to have tugged too hard and it pulled the graphic card partially out of it's slot at which point the computer will not start.

Do you hear the fan of the pc ? if yes, and if you do not have picture, either your RAM to VGA have problem . if not, there is something wrong with CPU or motherboard.

For sure there is nothing wrong with your hard disk. if you have a great deal of fear about HDD, unplug the power cable of HDD.
