Does anyone have, or know where, one could access the cantons and their communes for the entire country?

Anyway I guessed ch.ch and got http://www.ch.ch/index.html?lang=en which seems to fit the bill.

PS Did you even TRY looking at google first?

I did try and look but nothing came up detailed and relative to the information in English.
