Call them again, explain the situation clearly again to a different person and ask them what they want you to do. Log the name, time and date of the person you speak to. Then keep the imac for at least a month, in the box. At which time treat it as yours.

Anyway, I ordered cat stuff from zooplus.de and got this massive and heavy package which I could hardly lift. I had paid duty and all the handling costs as I always do, the DHL guy had left and I proceeded to open it. What I found inside was five times as much cat food as we had ordered.
I wrote to zooplus, who sugested that I should send it back and they will refund me the postage costs. Well, this is what I’ve been trying to avoid from the start: carrying heavy packages which I can have delivered instead. I suggested that I would cover the cost of extra food instead, because it seems to be the most convenient option. They haven’t got back to me yet.
