Fotze is High German, Futz(e) is Swiss German and yes, it's real down-at-the-bottom-of-the-gutter language, so use sparingly |

I was browsing in my local Erotikmart recently and saw this poster. You'd think that the advertising agency would have gotten someone with even the barest minimum of English language skills to proofread it first wouldn't you?

(Caution: All the following sentences are only obliquely related to previous posts.)
Once I met a woman in Hongkong named Fanny Sit. (Too bad I lost her business card when I moved to CH.)
Windy is the first name for a few Chinese-Malaysian beauty pageant contestants I've read about in the dailies -- a creative variation of Wendy, I suspect.
Driving out of Zug, somewhere, I'm always fascinated by a town named Rapperswil and wonder about its inhabitants' speech patterns.

...only had time to take a snap with my mobile phone. Would someone please tell me what Murmeltier Fett (Marmot fat) is used for?

Although the link sends you to a German language drugstore, the gist of the recommendation for marmot fat is that it is an old home remedy, is rich in vitamins E and D and you use it to rub into your skin for sore aches and pains. The other product in your picture is "Melkfett" - basically a non-sterile type of vaseline which you can rub anywhere you want or need....
