I am a non-EU with permit B. I work in Geneva, but would like to live in Vaud (apartments are nicer and cost lower than in Geneva). I heard that this "priviledge" is only for EU citizens. Any advice? My fiance though is an EU, but he has just arrived in Geneva and has no permit yet.
