Swiss family households

i was just at a swiss house briefly with a friend of mine and they were just passin spliffs up and down the parents and the kids. rolling right next to the parents, everything was so chill. what are some views swiss people have on marijuana for their kids, 17 - 18 or so, i would just like to know?
