Hi Guys,

I have some minor adjustments needed in to some trousers and suits, maybe jeans too - as and when.

I know Jelmoli, and the shops like Boss do this service in house, but I am looking more for an independant who can be a bit more flexible if possible?

I have seen a studio is Seefeld but she only works strange hours in the day that mean I cannot get to her at those times, so I am looking for one in the city.

I go to the one in Predigerplatz. I don't know the hours but I wouldn't bank on anything in Switzerland being "flexible", independent or not.

We find these guys pretty good.

Hi there,

there is a shop right next to oerlikon train station. it is the best when it comes to wanting adjustments and or changes to any part of clothing, and they are very reasonable pricing-wise. there is a road that goes by the side of oerlikon station, and they are situated right next to a cigarette shop of some sort. they also do dry cleaning too. you can give them something to sort out today, and you can go and pick it up in 24 hrs.

These guys are also very friendly.

There is a little shop at the Stadelhofen station that does minor alternations as well as dry cleaning. Not sure about suit jackets but definitely jeans and trousers. Its opposite the Outback bar and Suan Long restaurant. You cant miss it.

Excellent, Should be good for the basics...just want to make sure my jeans etc dont want to get too wet in the snow And some other issues.

There is a place next doot to Goethe Stubli and opposite Catalana on Glockengasse - not mega cheap - but he does a good job - will do anything you need - and is pretty quick.

Completely independent as far as I know - and I am happy to line his pocket!
