Re: women who love too much

It seems that very few people posting here have actually read the book quoted by Starshine or know anything about what it contains. This is a pity.Instead of a useful discussion we just get lots of people slinging around stereotypes, wisecracks, superficial judgements, ideas that have no real connection with the topic , entrenched positions on men and women,..... and opportunities to slag off others.
disappointing.Don't think I'll bother to look here again......

quite a statement for someone who did only 3 contributions to the forum....and 2 of them are just redundant repetition of same complaint. You'd better get off your high horse and make meaningful contributions instead.

Hi All
A friend of mine sent me the book
"women who love too much "
it is recommended to find a support group for women who love too much
I thought i would ask if
anyone out there, male or female, would be interested to get together
and figure out what went wrong, and how to go about being more
positive about relationships and staying away from people who
drain your energy, are dishonest, drink or smoke too much
working on building your self esteem and turning your back on the painful past
In short a support group for people who have been in bad relationships
anyone ?
I would suggest meeting once a month or so in Zurich area
and talking over a cup of coffee
I read that book Woman who Love too Much years ago, it helped me allot as I had just got out of a bad relationship. I would suggest that book highly to anyone who is having any relationship problems.
Cheers

It would be interesting to know whether Starshine managed to organize the support group ... it is already more than a year since the first posting

For anyone who is into relationship trouble (women AND men), I can recommend the following book: The Passion Paradox: When One Person Loves More Than the Other, by Dean C. Delis and Cassandra Phillips. It is really worth reading it.
