I have no knowledge of any of these schools in Basel - ISB, SIS, AIS. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could give me an insight into any of them. We are moving to Basel in August 2013 with two children (10.5yr & 8.5yr). They have been at an International School (IB) for the last 3yrs and learning German for the last 2yrs. I would really appreciate any help/advice please.

Please start by searching for what has already been posted on English Forum about these schools. I personally find it easiest to use google to do that, as in this link.

You'll find lots of information in these other threads and can then come back with specific questions that have not already been answered.

Merlion, I have some friends living in Basil, and all of their children go to the International School there. I could find out the name if you like. There is also a BSA Scout unit there if you have sons

I am kind of guessing that your children are at GESS in Singapore, if they are already learning in German?

If you are wanting them to be at one International school in Basel, ISB is the one that offers the same curriculum.

I have some buddies residing in Tulsi, and all of their kids go to the Worldwide University there. I might discover out the name if you like. There is also a BSA Look device there if you have sons....
