Questions:

1. What would be the recommended salary of a Telecommunications specialist with 10 years of experience, lower university degree, EU citizen for one of the big 3 GSM operators in Zurich.

I have been offered abt. 130K CHF annual

2. Is this reasonable?

Its the usual response when someone asks a salary question here... you'll get it later... although as I said, its getting old...

No. I'll tell you what: why don't you do some research for yourself ? The "How Much Should I Earn" question has to be the most common and the most pointless question written on the forum. The decimal places may be a hint.

As you recommended I have tried to research this subject without results.

It is reasonable for project management function in Telecoms
It is slightly above average for a specialist position (not in IT)

What about bonus and other perks like health insurance, car, etc etc. Is it included.

From my experience & this is my market, without knowing what you are a specialist in, I would say that you are looking at the upper end of the scale. Does this include 13th month salary ? ... also if it is Swisscom, your perks are probably going to be a little better than the other two.
