I think in Switzerland there is a misinterpretation about years of experience. It should be hours.
Because in many jobs you do not work 8-5 with half hour breaks.
You work 6am-10pm, testing in saturdays and presentations on Sundays.

It is live a VP or CEO here has to be over 40. Look at facebook, google and Apple in 97.

Years of experience is not relevant to be senior but wisdom and knowledge.
