RAV payment for full upcoming month when starting new job?

hello

my gf starts a new job 1.12. and is with RAV since 1.11. after 15days if waiting she gets 7days cash. but does she get the december money from RAV, full or part of it?

quiet a gap to cover without if not, eeeeek!

Why would she get money from the RAV for December when she starts a new job on the 1st of December which pays her for the period starting the 1st of December I presume?

I would hazard a guess and say No she won't... Hope she can have something sorted out...

Why doesn't she call RAV to find out?

No because she is employed by her new Job from the 1.12, so the RAV are no longer responsible for looking after their "clients".

Based on normal employment conditions, she would be getting paid by her new employer around the 25th of December for the December salary.

btw: its what i thought though i find it tough given that somebody might not have enough savings to cover the monthly cost or a partner/somebody helping out...
