leaving notice period - temporary contract

Hello,

I have been offered a temporary contract. I would like to know what is the usual period for a leaving notice ?
I'm asking because I have already worked with the company on a temporary basis, I show that I was disappointed of that new offer but don't want to ask this as it implies i'm looking for a job elsewhere (this was not specified on my old contract)

Thanks

Re: leaving notice period - temporary contract

I think it has to be stipulated in the new contract, usually it goes up to a week. So if you quit on a Monday you have to work that week and the next until Friday but better ask!

Probaly a month in the first year unless you agree longer, after a year it's 2 months.

Re: leaving notice period - temporary contract

If it is less than one year, there is a one month notice period.
