Hello.

I am a registered nurse and I am wondering how to register in Switzerland. Does anyone have any tips or advice?

I can speak German (only ZMP level). Which hospitals are more English oreintated.

If you qualified in Australia, there should be no problem with registering with the red cross. The new language requirements mean that you must posess a ceritficate equivalent to level B2 in one of the official languages. The people at the red cross are really helpful and speak good english.

My wife is in the process of applying for her Swiss nursing registration. Apparently, they have just in the last few years introduced a language requirement. We're hoping her A-level German and French will be sufficient. We'll see.

Also, without Swiss nursing registration, it becomes more difficult to find a nursing job in Switzerland as they have so many German nurses here to pick from.

I will graduate this semester nut haven't sit for the licence exam,
I was wondering what are the requirements to work in Swiss,
am I supposed to sit for an exam there?
also, do they require the license from hometown or is it enough to take only the bachelor from my university?

This user was banned, why don't you google the Red Cross and contact them yourself directly. It looks like you will need to have the basics of one of the official languages of Switzerland (no, English is not one of them).
