Well, I am someone who is looking for a better style of life, right now, I am living in Spain, as I am spanish but my wife is from Germany, and I am working like Project Manager, but sincerely, I am not happy in my country, and I can not see any future for my baby and my family, simply this is the main reason to move to Switzerland.

2- Which could be an average salary for a Project Manager with MBA and PMP certificate, Project Manager Professional, with more than 10 years experience in financial & banking and IT sectors, and with German and English.

Such project manager with good qualifications would make at least +130'000 Fr + 15'000 Bonus = 145'000 Fr total brutto in UBS or Credit Suisse or similar bank being a Senior Project/Programme Manager. If you move to Switzerland with B permit than you'd have to give up I think about %22 of your salary for taxes which leaves you aprox 115'000 Fr a year which is 9'500 Fr net per month.

I think you'll have little trouble in finding a good position in Switzerland if you send off the applications, use monster etc with your qualifications and language expertise you'll do well.

The average salary is above > 110K CHF for those skills. I can't seem to find any IT salaries in Switzerland right now, but some do exist, on recruitment websites. Call up an IT recruiter and ask !

As a PMP, why not join the local chapter of the PMI (You'll need to earn the PDUs anyway), www.pmi-switzerland.ch (you must go through the pmi.org to join the chapter)

They hold regular events and with over 800 members you are bound to find some hiring managers.
