Hi Krasimir!
Architecture is at the moment an extremely difficult field. It's very difficult to find a job everywhere in Europe, even in Switzerland.
You can try the following site:
http://www.swiss-architects.ch/
They have a page with jobs
http://www.swiss-architects.com/de/jobs
I found my first job in Switzerland like this.
Please be aware that without knowing German you won't find a job in the German speaking area. It's also quite difficult to find one without French in the French area. Competition is ferocious and the companies do put people with knowledge of the mother tongue first, so they can deal better with the colleagues and the authorities.
I would advise you to learn some ArchiCad and try Vector Works. They are not very different from AutoCad, but it will give you a plus on your curriculum to mention you had contact with them.
Companies such as
www.workmanagement.ch
might help you finding a job as a AutoCad drawer (Hochbauzeichner) but, again, without the language will be very difficult. Be also aware some companies don't want to go through the procedures to ask for a work vista for you, so don't despare when they refuse you on those grounds.
It's difficult but not impossible. Good luck!
