So it looks like our small office of 4 people is getting downsized following a change of ownership of the parent company.

At least 3 out of 4 people are getting dismissed this week. Would this constitute mass dismissal in the meaning of art 335d of the Code of Obligations?

Google translate is not giving me a precise enough translation to make me feel confident.

I don't think this counts as a mass dismissal due to the low numbers.. Here's the link for the official code...
