what are the salary ranges for role in object (ticino zone)?

My wife has 9-years experience in Industrial property (3 Paralegal + 6 Trademark Attorney), knows four languages (English-French-Spanish-Italian as proficienty User c2 level) and she was graduated(international law).

In Switzerland, jobs in IP are really hard to come by and usually are taken by the "network" once they come up. If she were to find employment as counsel I would think a salary of around 100k would be a starting salary, for paralegals around 80k but this of course depends on the size of the company (I'm citing for big multinational with large portfolio). A small company with a smaller portfolio may have a lower salary. Hope this helps.
