Hello EF,

I've just recently joined EF, and I'm excited about this community I'm new to Zurich (came to visit for several months, but now I've decided to stay here permanently) and I'm a Canadian/Romanian citizen.

I just got my L Permit (today!!) and I'm now looking for work.

I've got 2 questions:

1. Does anyone recommend any recruiters for a Communications/PR/Media background? (Most recruiters that I've found are either for financial or IT work). My last job was in Los Angeles as a Media Director, and I'm looking for something in this field here (I'm happy to start from the bottom & work my way up). Since I'm not yet fluent in German, I know this is limited (I do however speak English, French, Romania and Spanish).

2. I've been a freelance makeup artist for about 9 years. Does anyone know if I need a special permit or something like this in order to be a freelance makeup artist here? Or, is my L Permit enough?
