If person is in RAV, he/she pays normal taxes. But does he/she also pay normal pension tax ? i mean retirement fund tax or whatever it is called, that working people normally pay and they can get money from this fund after they retire.

German AHV, French AVS, I believe contributions are deducted as usual. But any private pension fund contributions will stop.

Assuming you do no part time work! since losing my full time job 5 years ago pension contributions have been higher every year since.
