A while ago, someone suggested me the website of the swiss association of lawyers (http://www.sav-fsa.ch/Home-EN.1.0.html?&L=3) but never needed one in the end. There is a search function and some pages are in english so you might find someone there. Obviously it is better to have been recommended a specific lawyer. First, check if you have legal insurance (sometimes it is included in your home insurance, health insurance, or car insurance) because that can often cover the costs of your lawyer.

In Ch the employer & employee are on an even footing, basically either party may give notice if they desire & no compensation needs to be paid.
The notice period is defined by law unless a longer term is agreed.
