Ok, I searched the forum and didn't find the answer to this question:

How much can an experienced IT person expect to earn working in IT Tech Support with a swiss insurance company?

Would appreciate your answers
My guess would be about 110K in Zürich and a bit less
in other cities.

Salary should be based on skills, qualifications and experience, but why age???
If you can get past the age of around 35 and still perform you have proven both your worth and your durability. Prior to this age you are still very much unripe fruit.

I'm sorry if I can't give you better news, but it's a fact of life that not all younger people will live long enough to drink from the cup of maturity.

For being an IT Tech Support? Then for a Automation Tester or a Test Lead or Manager how much?

There isn't a whole lot of difference in IT salaries. Support and test will pay the same here.

As a test lead or manager you could expect 120-150k range, mabye 10-15% lower this year due to the downturn. If you've got ISEB certification and previous management experience you'll be at the top end of the range, and possibly in demand. So I assume this is not the case for you? Experience of leading off-shore teams is also in demand, but don't expect any travel budget to actually go out and meet the people you will be leading.

These are only base salaries though. Test analysts will get paid a rate based on the hours they worked, but team lead and management will generally be on annual salary basis and will be expected to put in many extra hours and weekends without any extra pay and be compensated with a bonus instead. In my experience these bonuses tend to be no more than one month's pay annually, and then you'd have to put in at least two month's worth of overtime to get it. So it's not really worth it. You might be content to take on a more junior role if it means you take home more than your boss.
