Plenty of resources for getting a ballpark figure, along with a host of reasons why you'll never get a specific answer, contained in this post: FAQ: A brief guide to salaries in Switzerland
You've also been around here long enough to know that this question was never going to get an accurate answer, so I don't know why you've bothered.
But based on a vast number of assumptions, all of which you've indicated you're prepared to ignore, the answer is 7'611 CHF brutto per month if you're a woman, CHF8'465 CHF brutto per month if you're a man.
Of course the answer could be higher or lower if any of the assumptions I've made are wrong, in which case you'd be better off just arguing that no one can live in Switzerland on less than CHF120K a year. | | The following 6 users would like to thank Village Idiot for this useful post:

Would appreciate your answers | | | | | Prob around 120 nowadays dack. If it's running the network it might edge up a bit, if it's pure support of tickets they might push it lower. Salaries are dropping as everyone says but good people will still command good salaries. Good luck.

Would appreciate your answers | | | | | Around 750-100k depending on experience in an end-user technical support role.

You would be looking at about 75k to 100k for the regular Win AD +7 /Exch/BES/VOIP Positions, SCCM + ITIL / Cobit would help you settle on the higher range...virtualization / backup / specialized solutions (Trading / SAP) would increase additional 10k to 20k

Beats me. | | | | | Our friend has a history of asking searchable questions and then getting a tad flouncy when people tell him that.
Sounds perfect for IT Support | | The following 6 users would like to thank Caviarchips for this useful post:

Beats me. | | | | | I was exactly going to say the same here...
He should know how to ask the right question, how to provide the right information to help us helping him...
Like:
region
"experienced IT support", wtf? how long? How many years? what experience, same field, same position?
Age, etc...
Well I guess that's why most "supports" are so rubbish....(no actually it's because it's managed by idiots and because they're too focused on figures than anything else).

Depends on your nationality as well ... non Swiss would likely earn 10% less on average ...

1st level support: 80-100, if your job has somehow managed to avoid being outsourced to India. Language skills essential. As is the ability to restrain yourself from throttling every user you have to go 'support'
2nd level support: 100-120, if your job has somehow managed to avoid being outsourced to India. Language skills essential, plus qualifications.
3rd level support: 120-140. The grade least likely to be outsourced to India, but if it includes development, that'll be outsourced to India. Language merely preferred, but its skills/experience that are essential.
Preference always given to language speakers and permit holders in all three roles.

Be prepared to see positions demanding a minimum six years experience, post-graduate and professional qualifications, offering 40k as some unscrupulous bandits try to exploit the situation.

But enough to live for sure... | | | | | Does age really matter in CH? I have the feeling that it does
Salary should be based on skills, qualifications and experience, but why age???
