I'm going 2 give job interview in QM automotive field in canton Solothurn. I m graduate with 5 year experience in Automotive and more than 3 years in non Automotive field. I am a single earner in my family (wife+1 baby). I've gone thru so many sites... searched a lot but couldn't find a satisfactory answer about salary expectation.... what figure should i ask for min-max ? Any other relevant benefits? I'm EU citizen and fluent in German too.

What is the level of your proposed jobs?

Level of this job should be so called mittleres Kader (middle level)... reporting directly to quality head, responsible for almost all quality aspects in automobile industry including supplier audits, customer complaint management. THANKS !
