TESOL Certificate

I have a question and I would like to hear feedback about this if anyone has experienced it. I live in LA and I am interested to get my certificate to teach abroad such as Switzerland or Italy. My question is has anyone done this online and how is it? there are so many differnet ones that I found and nowadays I don't know if its a scam or not.
