first i guess they can offer you what ever they want to, its up to you to deciede if its enough, second on the taxes, they change depending on which canton you live in i have found a basel calculator for you

So if they make an offer I haven`t enough information to evaluate.

Well it is difficult to suggest something-what is your background,studies,experience etc?the forum itself is a perfect resource of getting an idea. In the university in Zürich an upper assistant would be able to get after PostDoc about 85000-90000 CHF. In a company this should be higher.
