Re: Job Courses

Have you tried the RAV, if you have been paying taxes in your home country they will be able to help you out, try using the search function in the top right hand corner to find out more, or, of course, google RAV. It is not unusual at all for people not to have a university degree and find work in CH, but having some form of specialised training will help immensely - what are you interested in working as?

Oh, and welcome to the forum.

Re: Job Courses

Your profile says you are Swiss and that you a native German speaker.

There are many Aus und Weiterbildung courses that you can partake:

If you are into IT by any chance, perhaps the SIZ ( Schweizerisches Informatik-Zertifikat ) might be the thing for you.

If you are not fussy and wish to start ASAP, there is also the social program Dock Gruppe:

Do as Homer said: Go to the RAV. You are Swiss, presumably speak the language and will therefore have to find you way on you own.

Well according to their profie they are Swiss and speak German - so i must admit I am a little confused as to how to best help a Belgian/Swiss who has spent a significant amount of time in the US of A!
