Sorry man, that a complete wrong way. Did they not tell you at the debt enforcement office. I guess you are not the only employee who did not got his salary. You should go to the employment center, you'll find it in every Kanton. They have experience and will help you and tell what to do next. Betreibung is definitely the wrong way. Wondering you were not calling the Army

I'm following an advice by Arbeitsamt.

Your last 3 months pay & pension etc is insured, even if the company is insolvent you will be paid. I think the employment court would be a better place to go. The Arbeitsamt often have no idea as it's non standard & not written in their book!

Very true and sorry I don't think the Arbeitsamt told you that. I speak from experience. Still very very strange to me. However not my problem at all
