Is this the whole thing?

Assuming it is: how long have you worked at that company?

It's not unusual to just issue a work confirmation rather than a real certificate/evaluation if the employment was for a short time only, < 4 months or so, either per agreement (fixed-term contract) or - and that's the worse case - due to early termination.

If that's the case, it's OK, so it obviously doesn't say anything about your work or performance.

If you've been employed longer, this is crap and doesn't qualify as a proper certificate.

Then this is worth nothing and I would request an actual certificate. 10 months is too long a time to issue just a mere confirmation.

Unless of course you were a very crappy employee, then this is probably the best you can get.
