Anyone work at the WTO?

Hello there, all. I am coming to Geneva in a few weeks for an interview and would love to speak with anyone who has any practical experience working at the WTO. Specifics that I'd like to talk about are the interviewing process, expatriate benefits, and ... well ... just general feelings about the work environment. I'm very excited about the opportunity and am just trying to round up all of the information I can before I get there.

If anyone could help me out with this, please PM me.

Thank you very much ahead of time!

Regards,
Chris

Re: Anyone work at the WTO?

The WTO doesn't have much in term of expat benefits. Actually, if you're employed by the WTO you're not on an expat contract to begin with...

My friend Jeff works there, after having worked at WHO for several years. The bad news: he pays taxes. The good news he now has a C permit.
