I've been offered a job in a CH company in ZUrich. I recently graduated, so I don't have a lot of experience; 18 months. 12 of Work Placements. The salary being offered is 71.500 gross/year. No bonus. I am an IT engineer, just holding my Bachelor degree(no master, no postgraduate study) Is this a fair salary? l To which extend am I really being appreciated, valued?

That's bottom of the market rate wise, but you are fresh out of Uni so you can expect it.

If the job is interesting take it and review the situation in a year.

It sounds quite fair. I have been working in electronics engineering sector for past 8 years and I think my younger colleagues started with similar salaries.

It's good to get some practical experience first and then you will have edge to negotiate it
