employee living in France, working in CH sporadically
Person A is Swiss, lives in Switzerland.
Person B is French, lives in France.
A wants to employ B, sporadically.
B doesn’t intend to relocate to Switzerland.B would travel here, work for a few days, then return to France, perhaps once a month or so.
The question is:how does A correctly register B, in terms of aspects like work permits, social security, accident insurance, and tax?
The research I’ve done thus far leads me to defined procedures for limited duration stays of academic researchers, artists, or emissaries from French companies, or for “Grenzgänger”, who commute regularly between France and Switzerland.None of these categories applies.
