medical test in the new job

Hello everybody,
I'll be starting a new job in a company which has a private insurance scheme. I was told that all new employees will need to be medically tested (many things, including blood and urine) in order to become the member of this insurance scheme.
I worry about it as I smoked some cannabis recently...
Apparently the results are confidential; are they in your opinion? Or if the doctors find out that I was using DRUGS they will communicate it to my bosses??
Please kindly let me know about these practices; I've searched online with no luck.
Thank you!

How much notice did you have about the medical? I assume they did not tell you the day before!?

Actually I need to do it next week, so a little more than a week after my last "cigarette"
Do you think it is really confidential or it is bla bla?
thanks!

It shouldn't still be in your system in a week! 3-4 days if it was a one off! http://www.leafscience.com/2014/04/2...c-stay-system/

They probably can't tell your employer... But they could turn you down for the insurance and then your employer might want to know why!

Would you like to purchase my urine?

Here are my stats:
- former athlete
- nonsmoker
- no drugs
- moderator

50 Chf per pint of sterile, pristine moderator urine, packaged in a convenient ziplock bag for easy access during testing.
